This day-long retreat for Early Intervention Providers in Arizona supports service providers who support families of children with disabilities and delays to “heal the healers.”
This retreat will focus on helping them grow their own capacity for well-being, resilience-building, and connection so that they can better support those they serve, and so that families can better support their children.
This retreat will provide them with tools and a plan to not only support themselves and the families, but to reduce burnout and attrition, and the health consequences that accompany the struggles of professionals who burn out doing the work they love - supporting a happier, healthier, more resilient workforce alongside the families of young children.
This retreat will share the neuroscience behind self-care and resilience-building while also providing space to explore what gets in the way of care teams supporting their own well-being. This powerful workshop will help participants develop their own plans of action and a plan for their teams to support a stronger, more resilient workforce that can serve families at the highest levels.
This is sponsored by Arizona Cooperative Therapies, a cooperative of agencies with a focus and mission to serve families of children with disabilities and delays.
